Something is in the Air & New Stuff

Just a quick update to reveal my new website, this time with an accessible menu that doesn’t require having to scroll down into the pits of Hades to find my pages!

My Bad!

I also wanted to announce my new blog for this website – The Badger – which will go live on the 14th of May. I wanted to make the site a little more interactive for you guys to join in a bit more and generally have a bit of fun.  I’ve also given this its own page, imaginatively entitled – The Badger – see what I’ve done there…

I have added some new content to most of my pages so have a look around when you have the time or join up and follow the site by e-mail.

This month, I will also be posting sample chapters of my second novel – Jackie Jones – and my short story – The Bear Trap.

I also just wanted to say thank you for everyone who has supported The Amber Room. It’s been a humbling start for this little eBook and I’ve had some amazing feedback already.

So, to all those I bribed, threatened and stalked, cheers, I appreciate it and just remember…I know where you live!

Seriously, thanks to all of you who have already purchased it and are spreading the word about the book. In doing so you have brought this story to life – without a reader no story exists.

SO THANK YOU

JUST WANTED TO SHARE THE LOVE

OH, AND HAVE A LITTLE DANCE – NO-ONE’S WATCHING…

Download The Amber Room to your iPhone

Hi all,

Just thought this may come in handy for those who don’t have a Kindle, but do have an iPhone.

In the words of my sister, Laura…

I just did this … Downloaded free kindle app on my iphone, then went to amazon.co.uk on my iphone in the safari browser (not amazon app as that doesnt support downloads)
Then bought the Amber room, and after it auto appears then in the Kindle app on your iPhone – cool 🙂

Thanks to you all for your continued support for The Amber Room

Tom 🙂

“It was a girl, and she looked dead. Her face in the grass, her body twisted in the shadows. The beam from a headlight lit her up and North gasped. Everything inside him went dark. He breathed in and out, hard, but there wasn’t enough air to fill his lungs. His body was breaking down as if all his bones had been stolen…”

…extract from The Amber Room by Tom Harris.

Fourteen year old kleptomaniac, North, gets to use his compulsion to steal to save his sister, India, when she ends up in a coma. With the help of the mysterious Dr. Tan and a fairy called Rosie Boots, North ventures through a portal in an amber room in a hospital into dark fairy tale worlds to steal amber treasures that can heal India. Yet all is not as it seems in the twisted reality of the Amber Room.
